因為喜歡著民生社區慢慢來的街區況味，嚮往大隱隱於市的別境感， 亞圖設計新辦公室，便決定落址於這裡的老公寓一樓。正對公園的絕佳條件，坐擁了無限的自然綠意，於是他們打開原本封閉的門牆，將景致延續至前庭，宛如在聚落裡搭建另一座迷你生態公園，邀請附近的人們稍作停留，像是坐下來看看魚，摸摸水，讓辦公室不只是工作使用，亦醞釀著人與人相處的點滴故事。
